Phoenix Health and Performance was born from my personal journey of rising from the challenges of chronic illness complications to create a life of wellness and purpose. Just as the phoenix rises from the ashes, I believe every person navigating the daily challenges of diabetes, chronic illness, or long-term health conditions has the power to transform their struggles into strength.

 

My specialty is diabetes management—I've lived it, overcome complications from it, and now help others thrive with it. But the coaching strategies, fitness guidance, and sustainable habit-building I teach apply to anyone managing a chronic condition.
